Types of Investment
The property assets we acquire, manage and develop fall into two investment categories.
Properties
This refers to our standalone properties, where the money you invest supports a particular asset. Depending on the property acquired, your investment risk can lean towards high (opportunity), medium (value add) or low (core). This option is for those who want to focus their investment on a particular real estate opportunity they find attractive.
Funds
Fund investments provide bite-sized access and diversification, with lower risk. Because you’re investing in a fund and not typing up capital in any single property or development project, you’re not putting all of your eggs in one basket. Fund investors can invest in our Opportunity Fund or Growth Fund. Both options offer strong return potential.
