With $10M in equity, this fund has over 271,000 square feet of assets under management. Investments within this fund are focused on industrial condo conversion and suburban office redevelopment.
With $10m in equity committed, MMI closed the Opportunity Fund II LP capital campaign in November of 2021. Beginning in January 2022, MMI redeveloped and repositioned 122,816sf of real estate and has realized +/- 30% year over year rental increases as a result of this work. More recently, the Fund acquired a 113,000sf industrial asset in Regina. This asset will be redeveloped, demised, and repositioned in the historically tight Regina industrial market.
