Located in the RM of MacDonald immediately West of Winnipeg, 400 Fort Whyte Way was acquired in July, 2015 as part of a core investment strategy.  This multi-tenant flex-space site consists of three
single-story buildings on 4.46 acres of land and is currently being re-tenanted with a mix of local and national businesses.  To maximize flexibility and the opportunity for value creation, this site is also currently being subdivided.
